1.Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the services provided by Neo Homez Interior, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2.Services:
Neo Homez Interior provides interior design, modular kitchen & wardrobe design, residential interior execution, and commercial interior services in Bangalore, India. All services are subject to a separate written agreement, scope of work, and payment schedule signed by both parties before project commencement.
3.Free consultation:
The free initial consultation is a no-obligation 30-minute discussion to understand your requirements. No design work or materials are committed during this consultation. Proceeding to design and execution requires a signed agreement and design deposit.
4.Payments and pricing:
a. All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.Design ownership:
All design concepts, 3D renders, mood boards, and drawings created by Neo Homez Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, all design materials are transferred to the client for personal use only and may not be resold or reused commercially.
6.Warranty:
Neo Homez Interior provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship from the date of project handover. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and hardware failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties after handover.
7.Payments and pricing:
a. Provide timely approvals on designs, materials, and colour selections to maintain the agreed project timeline.
8.Cancellation policy:
If a client wishes to cancel after signing the project agreement: the design deposit is non-refundable if design work has commenced. Any materials already procured will be billed at cost. Neo Homez will provide a final settlement statement within 15 working days of cancellation notice.
9.Limitation of liability:
Neo Homez Interior's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total project value paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of income or business disruption arising from project delays beyond our control.
10.Governing law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
